Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting LoveOliver. Every purchase made through our online shop helps fund childhood cancer research and practical support for families across Scotland.

We hope you love your order, but if something is not right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition
Any tags or packaging are still attached
You have proof of purchase or order confirmation

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made items
Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos where possible

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email:

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability.

Charity Shop Donations & Pre-Loved Items

Some items sold through the LoveOliver shop may be donated or pre-loved goods. We do our best to describe these items accurately and note any visible signs of wear before sale.
